The nRF52833 is a Bluetooth 5.3 SoC supporting Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth mesh, NFC, Thread and Zigbee, qualified for operation at an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.It is the 5th addition to the industry leading nRF52 Series and is built around a 64 MHz Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU, and has 512 KB flash and 128 KB RAM memory available for higher value applications.
As the fifth new member of Nordic nRF52 series, nRF52833 SoC can provide multi-protocol solutions that support high temperature performance (up to 105°C) and direction finding function.
And it quickly becoming one of the best choices for professional lighting and other industrial applications.
Nordic nRF52840 System-on-Chip
The nRF52840 SoC is built around a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F processor optimized for ultra-low power operation, combining Bluetooth 5, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, IEEE 802.15.4, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary. It is also featured with on-chip NFC-A tag and on-chip USB 2.0 (Full speed) controller. The SoC is developed with 1 MB FLASH and 256 kB RAM.
