It integrates a Cortex-M4F CPU with a main frequency of up to 480 MHz, and comes with 992KB SRAM, 752KB ROM, and up to 128Mbits on-chip SPI flash memory, offering robust hardware support for secondary development. The module supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/a/ac/ax and the complete TCP/IP protocol stack, enabling users to add networking functions or build independent network controllers. It provides rich peripheral interfaces like SPI, SDIO, I²C, and UART for control and data transmission, ensuring easy integration into any microcontroller-based design. The FSC-BW150 delivers maximum practicality at the lowest cost, ideal for embedding Wi-Fi functionality into various systems.
